Since 2008 we have made fences, cladding and metal roof tiles from pre-painted, double-galvanised steel in our own factory in Popești-Leordeni. The raw material comes from KG Dongbu Steel in South Korea.

01 Top Profil Sistem
Who we are
Top Profil Sistem is a direct manufacturer of metal fences, cladding and roofing. Our factory is in Popești-Leordeni, right next to Bucharest, just outside the city ring road.
We sell directly to homeowners through our online shop, sipca.ro, and work with distributors, installers, builders and developers. TPS products go all over Romania, and to Bulgaria, Italy, Hungary, Belgium, Moldova and Turkey.

03 Production
From the steel coil to your fence.
The whole process happens in our own factory. That is how we keep full control over quality, from the raw material to the finished product.
01Raw material
Pre-painted, double-galvanised steel imported from South Korea. 225–275 g/m² of zinc, primer and polymer paint.
02Roll forming
The steel runs through the roll-forming line and takes its final shape: picket, slat, panel, cladding or roof tile.
03Cut to size
Every profile is cut to the exact size on the order, to the centimetre.
04Quality control
Profiles are checked as they leave the line and once more before packing.
05Packed in sets
A complete kit: profiles, screws, rivets and fittings, packed and labelled for each order.
06Delivery
Courier delivery across Romania, dedicated transport for partners, or collection from the factory.
