From steel coil to your fence.

The whole process happens in our factory near Bucharest: forming, cutting to size, inspection and packing. That gives us full control over quality, from the raw material to the finished product.

01 The process

Six stages, one factory.

The steel comes into the hall as a coil and leaves as a complete set, ready to install and labelled for each order.

Raw material
Pre-painted, double-galvanised steel imported from South Korea. Zinc 225–275 g/m², primer and polymer paint. The coils are stored in the hall until they go on the line.

Roll forming
The steel runs through the forming line and takes its final shape: picket, slat, box panel, cladding or roof tile. Forming is done cold, so the paint is not affected.

Cut to size
Every profile is cut to the exact size on the order, to the centimetre.

Quality control
Profiles are checked as they leave the line and once more before packing.

Packed in sets
A complete kit: profiles, screws, rivets and accessories, packed and labelled for each order, with installation instructions.

Delivery
Courier delivery across the country, dedicated transport for partners, or collection from the factory.

02 The raw material

South Korean steel, protected in five layers.

The protection comes from the steel itself, not from painting afterwards. The zinc protects the steel even where the paint has been scratched.

Top Profil Sistem is the official representative of KG Dongbu Steel in Romania. The steel arrives as coils that are already galvanised and painted.

Protection	Zinc coating 225–275+ g/m² depending on the finish; paint of at least 25 µm on the front face.

04 Visit the factory

The factory in Popești‑Leordeni.

Top Profil Sistem was founded in 2008. The building on Șoseaua Olteniței, just outside the Bucharest ring road, houses production, the warehouse, the offices and the showroom. Partners can see production and every finish.
